At a designated time, a student (not the advisor) must
complete the "Course Planning Form" with his/her
advisor. The course title abbreviation (eg. ACA),
course number (eg. 111), and the section number
(eg. 01) should be correct. If a student wishes
to audit a class, the column for Audit Check Here
is checked, and the completed “Audit Request” form is
attached thus making a difference as to whether a 3rd
party funding source pays the student’s tuition. After
signing, the advisor will either enter the schedule or
route the student with the form to the registration
area. The student is required to pay tuition fees at
the time of registration to complete the process. A
currently enrolled student is encouraged to register
during preregistration.
