Developmental Students

Students who take the placement test and score below the required number to be placed in a first level course are called "developmental" students.  They are required to take a specific developmental course according to the score they received.  Developmental courses allow students to bring their math, English, and Reading skills up to par before beginning first level courses.  Check the Prerequisites - Corequisites chart to determine if there are developmental courses listed for specific courses.
