Graduating
Students |

Responsibility for being able to graduate falls on each
individual student. You as the advisor can be very
helpful if you assist the student in completing some of
the following steps: |

Student should complete an
application for graduation. |
|
|
2. |
Students and their advisors should go over together the
advisement checklist to make sure all the correct
courses in the major are completed and all specified
credits earned. |

3. |
Students should order cap and gown early. |
|
|
4. |
Student who plan to transfer should fill out form to
have transcript sent to that college after grades have
been posted. |
